Theft of vehicle

Between 20:45 on August 28th and 07:45 on August 29th a white Ford Transit Van was stolen from a property on Birchall Moss Lane in Hatherton near Nantwich. The van contained all the work tools of the owner.

We are asking people to be vigilant, and report any suspicious activity. Please avoid leaving valuable items in vehicles especially if you carry power tools, although it can be inconvenient, we suggest tools are unloaded from the vehicle and kept in a secure place. Alternatively make sure your vehicle is alarmed and parked under security lighting and consider cctv.

Keep keys out of sight away from doors and windows. If your vehicle is keyless entry keep keys in a signal blocking pouch (Faraday pouch) or well away from the vehicle.
